Staycay is a platform that connects property owners with individuals seeking long-term rental accommodation. We provide a listing service and do not own, manage, or control any properties listed on our platform.
To list a property or save favorites, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Staycay does not verify the accuracy of listing information, property conditions, or the legal right of owners to rent their properties. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
Users agree not to: post false or misleading information; use the platform for illegal purposes; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use automated means to access the platform without permission.
Staycay is not a party to any rental agreements between property owners and tenants. All negotiations, agreements, and payments are conducted directly between users. We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise.
Creating an account and browsing listings is free. Property owners may be subject to listing fees or subscription plans. All fees will be clearly disclosed before any payment is required.
All content on Staycay, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Staycay or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Staycay is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Staycay after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
